Initially, our first impression of the hotel left us with doubts. The exterior appeared a bit lackluster, and we were worried that it might set the tone for our entire visit. However, little did we know that this was just the beginning of an incredible experience. Our room was a haven of comfort, cleanliness, and tidiness. It was evident that the hotel took great care in maintaining the rooms to the highest standards. After a long day of activities, returning to such a cozy and well-kept space was a real treat. The staff played a significant role in making our day memorable. Their friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home. They were quick to address our needs and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. Now, let's talk about the food. Very poor service. Not trained staff working this hotel. There are no tea facilities at the room. This hotel running with less the 6 staff. Heater & TV are not working. Sea view is good but can't take a bath on the sea. I booked the hotel with booking .com reservation staff cancel my booking and made the direct booking and charged 2700/= extra. Very bad experience.

We stayed 26 -27 August 2023 Beatiful beach area...but service is not upto the standards.(No welcome drink,carry own bags to room, ,linen with stain marks).Even some basic facilities not available in the room such as drinking water/tumbler, Tea making facility, telephone...ect No buffet (Only Ala carte) Not recommend for family stay...
